Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your purchased products in shortest time possible, depending on product availability. All orders are in process as soon as the transaction is confirmed.

 

Shipping Rates for All Regions within Malaysia

1. FREE postage for orders above RM600.

2. RM25 for orders below RM600.

 

For Miri Region

Orders placed before 11am (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be processed on the same day.

Orders placed after 11am cut off time will be delivered out within the next business day. (Other T&Cs may apply)

Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next available business day.

 

For Other Regions

Orders from other region of Sarawak like Bintulu or Sibu, transit time is anywhere between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Do You Ship Internationally? Like to Brunei.

We do not offer international shipping or ship to any freight forwarders. If you ship to a freight forwarder, your order will automatically be cancelled.
